Refunds and Returns

At RESA Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our commitments.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@resasolutions.co.za to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item to:

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@resasolutions.co.za


Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect.
  • Items returned after the 30-day period.
  • Items without proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide detailed photos of the damage and your order information to expedite the process.
